Use of the app

• The app is provided for personal religious and educational use (Qur’an, Adhkar, Hifz, prayer times).
• You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it, disrupt it, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account and data at any time from the Delete account page.

Content & ownership

Qur’anic text and religious content are provided for reading and learning. The “Mishkat al-Huda” name and app design remain ours. Your own audio recordings remain yours.

Disclaimer

We strive for accuracy in prayer times and content, but the app is provided “as is” without warranties. Prayer times are calculated estimates and may vary by calculation method and location — please verify when needed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page.
