Frequently asked

• Reminders arrive late or not at all: enable notification permission and “Alarms & reminders” in your phone settings, and allow the app to run in the background.
• Prayer times look off: enable the location permission so times are calculated accurately for where you are. On the website you can also choose your city and calculation method on the Prayer & Qibla page.
• Website reminders: browser notifications only arrive while the site is open; for reminders that always arrive, use the app or the Telegram bot.
• Recitation recording doesn’t work: enable the microphone permission in the app settings.
• Forgot your password: use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.

Account & data

You can edit your data in the app, permanently delete your account and all of its data, or delete only specific data, from the Delete account & data page.
